Educational License Grant

Scope of License

AIVO AI Learning Technologies Inc. grants educational institutions and authorized users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for educational purposes only. This license includes:

• Use of assessment and progress tracking tools
• Integration with existing educational technology systems
• Professional development and training resources

Usage Restrictions

• Educational use only (no commercial exploitation)
• No reverse engineering or attempts to extract proprietary algorithms
• Compliance with all applicable educational privacy laws
• Adherence to acceptable use policies

Student Data Protection

Data Ownership

Educational institutions retain ownership of all student data. Aivo acts as a processor of educational records under applicable privacy laws including FERPA, COPPA, and GDPR.

• Local data processing on Aivo Pad devices
• Encrypted transmission and storage
• Access controls and audit logging
• Regular security assessments
